Returns & Refunds
Returns will only be accepted for store credit or exchange. Absolutely no refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of the purchase and 14 days for items that have been shipped. Please note that exchanges will only be accepted after inspection of unworn and unused products.
Cancellation
Once an online order is placed and a confirmation email is sent, Gold Abayas cannot cancel the order under any circumstances. However, exchanges are accepted.
Order Pick-Up
Please ensure to pick up online orders within 5 days of placing it. Unfortunately, orders that are not collected in this time frame will be discarded.
No children
Kindly refrain from bringing children into the store unless you are shopping for them.
Responsibility Clause
Please avoid trying on items while wearing makeup. Customers may be held financially responsible for any damages to items in store.
