Returns & Refunds
Returns will only be accepted as exchange for imported items only (this is excluding customs). Absolutely no refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase and 14 days for items that have been shipped. Please note that exchanges will only be accepted after inspection of unworn and unused products.
Cancellation
Once an online order is placed and a confirmation email is sent, Gold Abayas cannot cancel the order under any circumstances. However, exchanges are accepted.
Order Pick-Up
Please ensure to pick up online orders within 5 business days of placing it. Unfortunately, orders that are not collected in this time frame will be discarded.
Responsibility Clause
Please avoid trying on items while wearing makeup. Customers may be held financially responsible for any damages to items in store.

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they're received​. US orders generally delivers in 2 - 5 business days. International orders generally take slightly longer
How long for custom made orders?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the completion time of custom items
What if I am having trouble with sizing?
A size chart is provided under every abaya product you have to choose your size for. Please ensure that you thoroughly read the chart or contact us first
My item(s) do not fit me. What can I do?
Please email to start an exchange. If imported items are in stock you're free to exchange for a smaller/larger size. Custom items majority of the time are a good fit. If needed contact for alterations (may be an additional fee)
How does local delivery work?
As an alternative for pick-up we try to accommodate customers with the option to receive orders via local delivery in the Philadelphia area instead. When an order for local delivery is placed we will reach out to the phone number provided for further communication. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE SAME DAY FOR CUSTOM ITEMS.
How should I care for my items?
Properly caring for certain materials such as Nida (Saudi fabric), requires normal to delicate machine wash followed by air drying for longevity. Dry cleaning is recommended for the best care.
